Microsoft has over the years improved each version of Windows to make it more stable, easier to use and when things go wrong to try and provide details as to what has caused the problem.  The trouble is although error messages are now far more informative than the earlier days, the actual researching the problem and fixing the problem can still be far from easy to resolve.

 

If you receive any error messages, always try and write down in full the message as this can often help to a quick suggestion as to what could be the problem.

 

Common Windows Problems include, Windows not loading/halting due to an error message before signing in, a DLL file missing or corrupt again meaning Windows cannot load, Memory exception errors, blue screens with number and figures that make no sense, the boot files not being read or corrupted so again fails to load.  Run Time errors are also very common as well, often Windows Problems arise because of programs not working in Windows or using files belonging to Windows already.
