PC Tuition
Learning how to use a PC is never as frightening as it seems, and is a very rewarding experience, once learnt the skills you learn will never be forgotton. These days more and more jobs require basic IT skills and ask for basic IT skills, if you can use a PC already you have already made yourself stand out as suitable candidate against a person who has no PC experience. It is never too late to learn.
The PC Tuition I offer is suitable for beginners, and intermediate users and can be adapted /taliored as required.
As an example a beginners package could cover the following,
1. Connecting a PC - what goes where and why.
2. Windows Basics - Covering how to log on and off, move windows, resize, using the mouse, keyboard, changing desktop settings etc. (Covering XP, Windows 95/98, Windows 2000)
3. Using a Word Processor, Spreadsheet, Database, Email, Internet,
4. Using External Hardware and Installing examples Printers, Scanners, Digital Cameras, Web Cams,

I can also offer training in using Microsoft Products, (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint, MS Access). Examples could be how to do a mail merge, how to create a database, creating an outlook template, graphs and pivot tables in excel etc.
In addition I can also provide ITIL style best practices in terms of using Helpdesk Call Logging Software, having several years experience in ITIL environment and ITIL quailifed.
