Broadband has made surfing the internet a breeze and a joy to use from faster internet surfing to voice conferencing, watching video and movie clips to even listening to live radio broadcasts. Broadband really is the only option these days and with more and more homes now able to get broadband, the cost of broadband has got cheaper than ever before.
It is also a big market, and there are lot of ISP's (Internet Service Providers) fighting for your custom the trouble is how do you know which one to pick and which one is reliable? Will they offer a router as part of the deal? Will I have unlimited surfing? Will I get email and web space to design my site? These are just some of the questions you need to ask yourself in addition to the amount you wish to pay per month.
After you have decided which ISP, what do you do to order Broadband, how do you connect, what equipment is provided, these are further questions that you may have.
As part of the Broadband Advice/Installation Service I will ask a set of questions to find out what you require from Broadband, then make recommendations on suitable ISP's based on the answers that you provide. We will go through together if required the features that you require, until we find the right ISP for you. It is then up to you, you can either place the order yourself or I can place on behalf for you. Once the order has been completed, the line activated and the kit if required sent out to you/or you buy the kit required I can install and ensure you are connected correctly. Email can also be configured at the same time, and any additional other PC's can be connected to the internet if required.
